Resources Announces Move to
New York Stock Exchange
Begins Trading August 31, 2006
Tulsa, Oklahoma August 21, 2006
Arena Resources, Inc. (AMEX: ARD) ("Arena" or the "Company")
announced today , that effective Thursday, August 31,
2006, its common stock will begin trading on the New
York Stock Exchange ("NYSE") under the symbol
"ARD" . Arena's common stock, currently trading
on the American Stock Exchange ("AMEX") under
the symbol "ARD", will cease trading on the
AMEX effective with date of listing on the New York
Stock Exchange.
