Any shareholder or interested party who wishes to make any concern known to the non-management directors can do so by providing a sealed writing addressed to the “Non-Management Directors of Arena Resources” c/o either William R. Broaddrick, our Secretary, or William Parsons, Vice President of Investor Relations, at our principal offices, and such individuals shall see that the communication is delivered, unopened, to each of the non-management Directors.
