Lloyd
T. ("Tim") Rochford
Chairman of the Board / Co-founder
Mr. Rochford has been active in the oil
and gas industry since 1973. During that time, he has
been an operator of wells in the mid-continent of the
United States, evaluated leasehold drilling and production
projects and arranged and raised over $50 million in
private and public financing for oil and gas projects.
Mr. Rochford has successfully formed, developed and
sold/merged 3 natural resource companies, the most recent
being Magnum Petroleum, Inc. ("Magnum"). Mr.
Rochford was instrumental in the formation of Magnum
in 1989, and the $10 million of public and private financing
which followed. He orchestrated Magnum's acquisition
of Hunter Resources, Inc. in 1995, becoming Magnum Hunter
Resources, Inc. (NYSE: MHR), and remained with the company
as its chairman until resigning in 1997 to pursue other
interests.
Stanley
McCabe
Director / Co-founder
Over the past 28 years, Mr. McCabe has
overseen the drilling and completion of over 200 oil
and gas wells, and has been instrumental in raising
over $60 million in drilling funds. From 1980 to 1985,
Mr. McCabe directed the drilling and operation of over
150 wells in Oklahoma with a completion rate in excess
of 80%. In 1982, Stanton Energy, Inc., a company formed
by Mr. McCabe, was ranked 24th out of over 2,500 operators
in Oklahoma according to the Oklahoma Corporation Commission
drilling and completion activity records. In 1989, Mr.
McCabe became a co-founder of Magnum Petroleum, Inc.,
assisting the company in evaluating projects and aligning
the company with strategic industry partners in Oklahoma.
Mr. McCabe became a board member after the acquisition
of Hunter Resources, Inc. assisting in a smooth management
transition. Mr. McCabe resigned in 1996 to pursue other
interests.
Phillip
W. Terry
President and CEO
Mr.
Terry received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical
Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 1970 and
is a registered Professional Petroleum Engineer with
over 36 years of oil and gas experience in engineering,
production, drilling, completions, reservoir engineering,
property evaluations and corporate management in Oklahoma,
Texas, New Mexico, Wyoming and Kansas. Since April,
2003, he has been in charge of all engineering and field
operations for Arena.
William
Randall (Randy) Broaddrick
Vice President and CFO
From
1997 to 2000, Mr. Broaddrick was employed with Amoco
Production Company, performing lease revenue accounting
and state production tax and regulatory reporting functions.
During 2000, Mr. Broaddrick became employed with Duke
Energy Field Services performing state production tax
functions. During 2001, Mr. Broaddrick joined Arena
as chief accountant and, effective February 1, 2002,
has assumed responsibilities as Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer.
